Sail a Cal 20!

2010 is the year to sail a Cal 20 at CBYC.

Its fun, inexpensive and you don’t need to be an Olympian to win.

CBYC is hosting the two premier Cal 20 events of the year:

Cal 20 Southern California Championship - Sunday, July 11

Cal 20 National Championships - Thursday, July 15 through Sunday, July 18

If you have a boat, please sail it - there’s a support group ready to help you with encouragement, assistance and free beer.

If you don’t have a Cal 20 (Zoltan!), your friends are here to help with free or nearly-free boats.

Regardless of your need, you have a friend in the CBYC Cal 20 fleet who is ready to help:

Need a boat? Boats are available for free or low cost.
Need repairs? Skilled Cal 20 artisans are ready to assist.
Need sails? Good to Excellent condition used sails are always available
Need gear? Got that too.
Need crew? We’ll help you find ‘em
Need practice? Join the practice sessions on Sunday afternoons followed by Sunday sunset beer and bbq in the dry storage yard.
Need help getting your boat in the water and out? You’ve got buddies ready to help you splash and unsplash.
Need to get off the porch? Even if you don’t sail, we have Cal 20 festivities for you:
